Pest Control FAQ

General Pest Control Questions

Do you offer same day service?
We have same day service available. When you call, you can schedule an appointment for the same day in most cases. The appointment will include an inspection and a written estimate for the service. You can also schedule service in advance.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer both conventional and organic treatment options for most of our pest control services. One of our professional technicians can discuss the best treatment options for your situation. Both the conventional and organic treatment options are safe and effective at eliminating insects.
Are my pets safe when you apply a treatment?
We ask that pets be removed from the home during the treatment. Pets are naturally attracted to the wet pesticide. It will be safe for your pets to return home four hours after the treatment is completed. This precaution will keep your pets safe.
Can my children be home during the treatment?
Yes. It is completely safe for your pets to be home during the treatment. We use the safest products on the market and our technicians are trained to properly apply the treatments to keep your family safe during and after the treatments.
Do I need to be a home for a treatment?
You can make arrangements to allow our technicians to complete the treatments while you are gone. When you schedule the appointment, request that the service is done without you there. A technician will leave a note stating the time and date of service as well as what treatments were completed.
What are your maintenance plans?
We offer three plans that will work to keep your home free from pests. Our basic plans include conventional treatment. We also offer a green treatment plan, and a plan that includes termite coverage and treatment. Each of the plans includes quarterly inspections and free resprays.
How long will each appointment take?
On average, each appointment will take about twenty minutes. If your home is large, it may take longer. You can get a time estimate based on the square footage of your home when you call to schedule your appointment. Some treatments, like bed bug treatments, may take longer to complete.
What happens at an appointment?
At your first appointment, the technician will perform a free inspection and give you a written estimate for the treatment. He can complete the treatment that day if you choose to have it done. The initial inspection and treatment usually takes about thirty minutes.
